Update

I got leaner and just recently started lifting heavy instead of just medium and light weights.


                                                         Weight: 152
I dropped down to the 140s but decided to stay in the low 150s for now

Equipment

Here's what i have, you can call it my home gym i guess haha.
Bow flex, i can basically work my whole body with this to legs, arms, chest etc..

I use this after i eat Mcdonalds

                                                           15 Years old, Weigh 165, Height 5'9
My plan is to drop to 160 or maybe even 150 While trying to pack up some muscles, not trying to look super buff or anything, i use to weigh 190 when i was 13 but then just worked out a little and stop eating crap and dropped to 165. So that's basically my plan for now.
